Would you meet a man/woman if he/she says don't like doing oral. They love receiving but won't give it?

I have found that most men I talk to or have met either don't give oral or won't. None have ever not wanted to receive it and,dare I say,expect it. I've only met one man who gave more than he got and he was fantastic at giving. When a man really enjoys giving it's noticeable. I've rarely come across a guy that doesn't like giving oral....and I've met a couple that have absolutely blown me away with their passion for it
