So I'm a right old git but I work with young Engineers....which is good...keeps me on mi toes etc
Anyway one of my mates is 25 and has never seen/heard of
Saturday Night Fever (several guys in the office had never seen it)
Quadrophenia
point Break (inexcusable that one tbh)
breakfast Club
terminator (first one)
Blade runner
Ferris Bueller
Gattaca
There may be others...
He's educating me re 'modern day music' ( although owned up to liking Simply Red and that was a jaw dropper for me tbh).....
I'm going to suggest some more, as he puts it 'olden day stuff'.... Films mainly..
Any others?
Probably pre 1995?

Funny enough I watched RH the other day with my better half and her daughter... Daughter loved it...
We will be booking tickets to a live show this year.... Deffo 'our thing'
As for 70s I'm watching the first series of Kojak at the mo....brilliant TV.... Still stands up today IMHO...well worth watching if you get the chance |

Lol Actually... my mistake.. I should've phrased it differently. I should've said that anyone who admits to liking Simply Red should be strapped into a chair, put into a metal container in the middle of the Nevada desert, and have this blasted at them all day long until they finally "get it"
