I did manage to work it out whilst not knowing it so feel quite pleased with myself.
I am struggling to understand why text speak still survives though. It came about when texts were strictly limited to 160 or whatever it was characters and were quite expensive to send. Now, surely, it's as necessary to abbreviate a text message as it is an email, a letter, a forum post...I don't get it |

My Daughter has stopped texting me in text speak as I started ignoring her texts, she now sends easy to read ones but says it's awkward for her , have you seen how fast the Kids can text each other, I wish she could clean her room as quick |
