Relax  .
Many of them are computer tricks,one or two are the product of Synthol,a type of oil that is injected into the muscles to cause swelling and inflammation.
This can be spotted by the uneven,lumpy potato looking muscles,usually biceps.
The others,that are fairly easy to spot,are Mr Olympia champs and competitors,the biggest and best of the best.

Yeah,its mostly down to Synthol,he's a right mess.
