and i dont mean pretty flowers  rbs are changing from voucher rewards to a cash rewards system -- all good and given plenty of notice tobe claimed by 30th june - been online to do this and wont let me - double checked passwords and doodars - goes to change password as obviously the one i have not working and the screen asks me for card number, address, primary school etc email addy - now banks tell us they will never ask you for this information yet they were - so...... i phone up and apparently the yourpoints thingy only works with internet explorer or safari - now i use google chrome - no message about this on the login screen - anyway all sorted and 40 quid of vouchers will be with me within 2 weeks - but what a faff |
