I love to keep my pf muscles toned but im so so lazy about doing the exercises so I took the plunge and bought an electro stimulator
Im quite excited to try it as im quite tight already so god help who i sleep with next it it works well..
Does any other ladies own one and do you recommend them? |

I will do! Apparently it intensifies sex so that will be the test to see if one of my reg buddies notices a difference |

I've used TENs during labour, can't really remember what it was like though."
Yeah it stimulates the ones you do doing kegels im just always forgetting to do mine |

They are really good. Ive used one for years.. And apparently it does work... Well nearly 40, 6kids and can cough and sneeze and jump without wetting myself. I also do them without the machine x |

Awesome! Well ive not had kids so im just hoping it makes me tighter and that as i age i dont have any problems in the future.. Better to prevent than cure.. Great to see a good review on them |
