So how many people wash their hands before they shove a Burger, Greggs Pasty, Fish and Chips, a KFC, a Vanilla slice or Elephants Foot (drool, drool)down their gullet?
Not many i would wager. You're more likely to catch more germs than having had a piss.

I don't eat any of those. If I eat away from home I either wash my hands in the toilets or use the wrapper to hold my food in. I rarely eat on the street. |

I didn't before I took chemo for my arthritis. It works on a cellular level. It didn't help my arthritis but a side effect was allergies I didn't have before. Unfortunately for me my immune system attacks my body and I don't like being ill because it goes all weird on me. |

My colleague who is very ocd with cleanliness is diabetic so has to inject so this is why she's very particular about hygiene. |

If you think about the amount of germs on things.. Like really think about it.. You'd probably want to live in an ultra clean bubble... I carry hand sanitiser with me, or baby wipes or whatever.. But there's no way in hell that anybody can go about their day without getting germs on their hands or in their mouth. I wash my hands after doing anything that has actual dirt or after going to the toilet... But if I'm out and I want a drink, there's germs on the bottle or can, I don't wash that in hot soapy water first! As a kid you probably ate dirt and put all sorts of things in your mouth and you probably rarely got ill from doing it.. Whilst I've been writing this I've touched my face a few times.. My phone that I'm currently touching has been in my bra.. Everything we touch has germs on it.. So what. Just don't go licking toilet seats or sucking on coins and you'll be fine |

I do wash my hands after the toilet but that's not the only place you can pick up germs. I'm saying that by touching anything you get germs on your hands.. And I was using my phone as an example.. I've touched my phone after touching a door handle.. Therefore germs.. And I've touched my phone and then my face.. So germs. I'm not dead yet. |

I don't. For the same reason I don't walk around in surgical scrubs, a mask and coat everything in iodine solution. It's totally unnecessary and is just pandering to the makers of antiseptics who love to tell us about bacterial counts on everyday items. A sterile environment, just leads to an empty immune system. Man up! |

i wash my hands regulary but im not precious enough to go around worrying if others do etc.. stomach acid destroys a lot. ive not been killed of by bugs yet lol |

My sister is super hygienic and is always ill or has something wrong with her.
I, on the other hand, am less so. I don't get colds, coughs, headaches, etc.
We have an immune system for a reason. Just saying. |
