My Dyson vacuum cleaner has just packed up after many years loyal service.

Do I buy another Dyson is there a better alternative?

Phone Dyson first, they have a fixed price service where effectively you get a new machine for around £70 and it has a one year guarantee. Ours was recently done and the only thing nor replaced was the plastic frame!

Shame all manufactures aren't the same.
