Homemade Spaghetti alla puttanesca

though not my momma's receipe as she not Italian followed by Cherry and Mascarpone Cheesecake with a Amaretti base.... Mmmmm

And his date had....Bruschetta, Tagliatelle Al Fredo and a delicious cheese board. The wine was indeed yummy and the waiter sang O'Sole Mio to us. Lovely evening.

Now admittedly most of my Italian has been gleaned from Ed McBain's 87th precinct novels, but I'm sure puttana means.....

Roast Chicken today, but banana and walnut loaf with egg n cucumber sandwiches for tea.

I'm coming after you for that cheesecake recipe though
