Saturday night meals.

So what do you generally have to eat on a Saturday evening?

For me it's a piece of rump steak cooked rare with homemade chips which are second to none and onion rings or salad.

Funny thing is my kids moan about having steak every Saturday!

Try them on Cheesy Pasta for Saturday dinner and they'll soon be begging for steak

Sounds lush. I love a good steak! I usually have a Chinese or something on a Saturday. Tonight well be egg fried rice chips and gravy!

We have just had a lovely Korma cooked by my lovely lady and it was absolutely.... Yes, lovely!

We had pappadums and naam bread too, I'm stuffed!! Good job we haven't got anything on tonight is all i can say because I can't even move!!!

I made courgette frittata.

Purely because I wanted something quick but easy and found a courgette lurking in the veg drawer that was starting to look a little past it.

And the leftovers will be my pack up for tomorrow when I'm out.
