What's the best way to finish off the edge of a sloping path up to a door? I want to level the garden out

Which way does the garden slope, to the house or away from it? And what's the path made out of , flags or decorative stones?

Central

How steep is the incline? If too steep and the potential for ice in winter, consider more steps. Also, if it's a long path, you could add features along the way, which add interest.

Are you asking how to join the path to the building? Or how the other end of the path finishes?

I'm not a diy person, I have negligable talent for anything related to construction but love garden design and plants.

Yeah, and then into the grid. Otherwise can cause problems with damp aswell.

But there's lots that you could do to be honest. Depends on what you are looking for. And do you want it simplistic and modern looking

It seems Mr decided to use wood. Both exhausted and it's finished and looking good but it's taken all day
