"It's not a masterpiece that will change your life but it's a fun dinosaur/monster film it didn't try to be anything else. Go in disengage the brain and enjoy. "
Sounds like a plan. With all the stuff going on in the world why not go escape for a couple of hours? |

"watched it last night. at the risk of being chastised, am I the only person to think it was a truly awful film?"
I won't chastise... But respectfully disagree with you
I loved it. |

I thought that he might actually wreck the film mainly due to the way the trailers make it look like he is doing his Star Lord thing again but he is really good in it. I just hope he doesnt get too rammed down our throats but I think someone might enjoy that |

each to their own and my sister loves it. she was watching for the second time and now awaits the dvd.
yes it's fictional with dinosaurs roaming in their hundreds, but the bike chase (one handed) on the smoothest rain forest floor? hardly warrants "epic" status. plus i thought lewis hamilton was going to appear in the mercedes advert.

We're both skeptical about seeing it.
The first time we saw it advertised in the cinema, we almost exploded with excitement (that was when we thought the bit with the motorbike was the raptors running AWAY from the new dinosaur).
The more adverts we see, the more awful it looks and the fact that the raptors are essentially trained (or "accepting of him", whatever, it's still just as bad) is enough to put us both off...
Raptors are too badass to be acting like circus ponies. |

if you start to pick apart a film about a theme park full of mutant dinosaurs over things like physics and realism you really had no chance of liking it.
I think it was nowhere near as bad as I thought it would be so I enjoyed it more.
I preffered it to Avengers 2 as I had higher hopes for that. |

We saw it last night and enjoyed it. The fight between the dinosaurs at the end reminded me of the Ray Harryhausen films I loved when I was a kid. A thumbs up from us |

while not awful..just incredibly HYPED..and basically stole many elements from the previous films..basically using same animations and set pieces.
I'm not big on cinema...but to be honest...I'd rarely waste my money on these "BEST EVER MOVIE" "UNRELENTLESS" "SCARIEST MOVIE OF THE DECADE"..blahhh fucking blah dont talk pish.

Probably better then 2 and 3. Massive plot holes and product placement a plenty but was worth going to see on the IMAX.
Wish I had gone to see Mad Mad on that screen. |
