Learn yoga, then you can go through relaxation exercises, which will have become easier through habituation.

Keep away from blue light at night from electronic equipment, such as computers, phones and tv. It stops melatonin production, which your body produces for sleep.

Use a free product like f.lux, which changes the pc screens colours, removing blue emission.

Write stuff on your mind down at the end of the day, clearing your head.

A warm bath can be good. Relaxing your body's stresses. Use your bedroom for sleep and sex, so its not associated with other things.
