Keep away from blue light at night from electronic equipment, such as computers, phones and tv. It stops melatonin production, which your body produces for sleep.
Use a free product like f.lux, which changes the pc screens colours, removing blue emission.
Write stuff on your mind down at the end of the day, clearing your head.
A warm bath can be good. Relaxing your body's stresses. Use your bedroom for sleep and sex, so its not associated with other things. |
