Gay Equal Marriage Made Legal in USA

A landmark ruling today has made marriage equal for straight and gay people today in the USA. For some years, right wing Republicans have tried to make laws and to make gays marrying illegal but a US supreme court decision means that the whole of the US is now covered by this decision. The court declared that it was unconstitutional to block marriage equality, under the equal protection clause of the 14th Amendment.
Legal marriage for gay people will now rise from 37 states to all 50. Good riddance to the limited mindsets of people restricting the love and well being of others! |

I am so happy, and even if your str8 you should be happy, too many gay people have been murdered because seen as sub human beings, take that Russia and Isis |

The worrying thing is since america started legalising marriage state by state, it worsened gay rights around the world, so expect more countries to bring the death penalty, and more attacks/murders by extremists in diffrent countries. |

Alot of the right winger nut jobs have poured money into other countries, such as in Africa, where they fund anti gay hate. They'll find it tougher and tougher to do anything on their home ground now. |

I think there's a long tradition of humans not being restricted to religiously imposed dogma. Long before Christianity, we've been undertaking some seriously diverse stuff, including relationships and sexual pleasures. Multiple partners, any gendered partners etc: it's only the control freaks who want to limit others. |
