From my understanding of it (having had a TS partner in the past) you miss the point somewhat....
Gender Reassignment (it isn't a "sex change"!) is about making the body fit the mind - to fit the emotions that already exist - so I don't think that you could have a "package" deal as you suggest...
I'd worry if it were so easy - as hard as it is, I think that there need to be some barriers to overcome, or else people would just be doing it for life-style fun - and ending up as strange and as potty as some surgically over-enhanced people (thinking particularly of some entertainers, mostly American!)

yes i think i get your angle,though despite the time consuming process at present and pain required to go through with it i feel ts only for the devout...
i was thinking thinking of a more light hearted idea of say walk in/out booth in the future.
That not only changes your looks ,and mind and thinking and you could quite easily program it to for exact replica of someone you know say partner......
Enabling you to walk a mile in their shoes as it were...
