I had Weetabix and banana the other day...bloody crippled in pain with banana..yet did one last week cooked with peanut butter in it...fine..so whatever gets cooked out of the banana bloody cripples me in pain when eaten fresh..go figure  |

Canny do both the juice is a meal replacement I make lots of lush fresh fruit juiced and drank.... |
