So out of curiosity fabbers and so I can use it for something else
Which of my pictures do you think is the best/most flattering?
Honest choice please rather than just "oh but they're all lovely/hideous" lol.   |

Wow that's a big assumption to leap to they look a lot more like thrown off a bike scarring to me........good job you don't look at me in the real world I am covered in scars - not as impressive as Wolfie but they are there......and a fair few are self harm ones  |

I stole PP's idea and fabbed them, hard to choose but if I had to pick a favourite I'd go for the chair pic, there's something very sexy and alluring about it. (Not that the rest of thethem aren't lol).
Also, can I just say, I like scars, I think they show the strength of the person wearing them.  |

Now did you hulk the t-shirt or was it a bit taking the pics of the current trend of the "douche" neck :p
Seen one the the other day where I swear i could glance belly button.
What do you do for the top half your chest btw is it lots of incline press or incline flys?
I always neglect the incline as my right collar bone clicks on the movement since the shoulder got dislocated years ago and I think it's definitely holding me back on getting that nice square slab per you've got going on. |

I wish I had hulked the t shirt but sadly that's not the case
I always do 4 sets of incline bench press after after 6 sets of flat benching. I go for 8 - 10 rep range with incline then I do 4 sets of cable crosses, same rep range but every second reg I make a circular motion so it hits my whole pec.
I can empathise, I had a delt injury from training which knocked me for weeks, and that wasn't even close to the severity of your injury. |

Lawley I've just been doing strong lifts so I can be in an put nice an quick after work before most people turn up. Might start adding in some flys.
Was digging round in all the old bits for the ancient rack they've got in my gym and found its got the bars for dips so been thinking of adding them in as at least it stops someone nabbing the rack.
Yeah with the clicking I think it's not doing any damage but it just makes me weary of doing it.
Haven't heard of doing a circular movement on cable cross before that sounds like it might be a good idea. |

The bed kitchen and window shots were taken on a meet.

Trip wasn't due for a few more weeks but the bike got destroyed by an idiot on the motorway.
So its going to depend how quickly insurance is sorted for if the trip is still on. |
