Very anti, I'm afraid.
People sometimes don't keep them as clean as they could. Knowing the human body the way I do, (degree in medicine) I don't find this a turn on!
Also, personal preference, I like the feel of flesh and skin. I find a metal stud or ring an unwelcome distraction during sex.
They can look nice enough, but not my bag.
I get quite rough, being Dominant. So men's tiny nipples with rings through them, I'd be a bit nervous about. And being nervous isn't great during sex, is it?

I have my scrotum pierced. It's the only piercing I have and the only one I've ever wanted.
There's absolutely no reason why it shouldn't be kept perfectly clean either. |

I have a few myself, large gauge and scrupulously clean.
My sub also has his nipple pierced and I love playing with it. No fear I'm going to damage him at all. |

I keep mine clean for personal hygiene, cleaned everyday for the last 15 years. I do agree it isn't for everyone, but having a piercing you have the option to remove it if asked. And unless it is a new piercing you won't damage it or what it's attached to, so no need to worry. |

I wouldn't take it out permanently just for sex, some people don't like it, others are scared or unsure but it's like another post said nerves ruin sex so I would eater remove it and put it back in than not have sex at all |

I'm not keen on any piercings. I don't think they look nice and fear of catching them makes me unlikely to play with a lady with them as fully as I would a lady without.
Guys with piercings it totally freaks me out and I mean i can't even look at them and taking them out doesn't work either . |

I like piercings! My ex gf had 21 at one stage. Staring to definitely appreciate them more on men too
However, I'm too much of a needles/pain wimp to get anything but my ears done myself. |
