If you get Sky, just use the mini lynx cans. They make your cock look 30% bigger.

"virgin are more expensive for their programs and offer less choice than sky, also there contracts are longer. "

buy choice, do you mean 50 actual channels, about 100 radio stations and 600 odd +1s +2s and duplicates of the original 50....the only thing sky have better than virgin is their customer service

I love sky but only because we can't get cable here.

The boxsets service is awsome

yeah that's the thing, not interested in their other sport channels only F1, the sky HD pack includes that tho so I'll stick with sky. No choice anyway as cable doesn't come to this part of the town...

I switched from sky years ago for this very same reason and yeah the pic does go funny in rain

Apparently the android boxes are good get loads of channels, all the sports movies plus foreign. Can get them in ebay not tried personally but some to a taxi driver that had swears getting rid of sky was best thing he did.

It's a no brainer for me. By personal order of Richard Branson we get all the TV, phone and ludicrously fast fibre broadband they can throw at us for under £40 a month.

However the tactic of complaining about Virgin's customer service by writing to his home address may not work for subsequent customers!

I still say Virgin is better because it's not associated with Rupert Murdoch. Nor did Virgin hook people on it's services 23 years ago on the promise of free sports abd entertainment chsnnels only to start charging for the very same.

If been with virgin for years now and I can honestly say I'm never moving back to sky. Yes my package is a little expensive but worth every penny. I'm on 150mg broadband and get a rock solid 138mg over wireless and TiVo is great, yes it can be a bit clunky at times and takes longer to load but it's far more intuitive and there are more channels available on TV anywhere than sky go. I moved from sky because they tried to charge me £110 for a technician visit when my 7mg adsl broadband went down. Virgin technicians are all free. If you call in every 12 months they usually knock something of the price or give you something for free. I currently have sports and movies for £26 instead of the usual £36. Result!

"What's better

answering the 2nd question first... the answer the champions league is not going to be free (included in the bt sports packages you will get free)

they announces a new bt sports channel called bt sport europe where they will show most of their european football including champions and europa league and it will cost an extra fiver a month....

I am seriously looking at making the same switch.. virgin to sky.... the overall package is so much cheaper... and now that GoT has finished the only thing really tying me to sky is sky atlantic
