Just had a honey mustard pasta salad and a tub of mixed fruits. I'm finding that I can't go an afternoon these days without a packed of dry roasted nuts as well!

Nothing..was going to do a sweet tatty , chilli N coconut soup but I've been preoccupied and gone past it now so dinner tonite will be home made beef in black bean sauce with egg fried rice

I'm down to one meal a day for dieting purposes. Had a late lunch of thick carved ham, pesto & pine nut pasta salad, green salad stuff... And then a chocolate eclair...

can't help some people
