i love watching them but think the sale of them should be banned and only public organised events. |

agree that would be much better. You know we see so many of them now, birthdays, other celebrations that I am not even bothered to go out and watch em tonight. Sad really.
Like so many other things in life these days, consumerism has spoiled the excitement, anticipation and specialness of things.
I remember saving up to buy my first stereo and it was an amazing feeling when I got it set up in my bedroom. What left of special these days??? not a lot ...... |

Got a little box of fireworks for little legs to gawp at through the patio window while I freeze my gonads off outside setting the darn things off. He's too little to take down to the firework display in the park. |

After 3 weeks of them being set off outside the house and in the back courts, am sick of them. And again, have had to dope one of the dogs as she's terrified |

I used to love them, and still do like organised events. But I do think there should be more restrictions on selling them.
Was dog sitting for a friend last and the poor thing spent the evening lying in the corner shaking.
Even this morning he wasnt keen on going out.
And I really want to know where Mr and Mrs Ned get the money to buy them, cause they aint cheap. |

I cant abide the bloody things.
Each year they cause countless injuries due to either bad handling or yobs using them as weapons.
Organised displys or nothing and banned from public sale |

I love them.
Enjoy the really huge ones that resound so much in your head n heart... They are fantastic sound and light experiences.
Major displays that cost thousands are breathtaking.
Love em x |
