if they were already that skanky or desperate that they would piss anywhere, they're not going to care what anyone else says or thinks, so what's the point? |

The train companies may see it as a sign their services and prices are wrong. It's up to them to manage their facilities.
If he's fit I may cop a look and would probably say something to discourage regardless of attraction. The piss is down anyway, so it's a bit late to think it'll make much difference.
I detest feet on train seats though and always speak out. |
