I've been trying to cut out eating too mush crap of late, however I really would like some cake.

There is a little independent coffee shop in town that sells home made cakes. They have a gorgeous peanut butter and white chocolate cake on a regular basis. It is lush!!

I like proper home made Christmas cake. Made a month or more in advance (but with added fruit and spices) , and fed daily on nice rum and spirits. By Christmas it's dribbling boozy mess.
