Ok.. So I have to give my first sperm sample to the hospital since my vasectomy tomorrow and I'm sat here wondering how I am going to do it. I was never very good at gymnastics so can't stand on my head. I was wondering, from those with experience, what is the best position to catch all of your sample?!?!??

Baring in mind Nat can't spit it into the cup

In my experience it is best to do it at home cos the people in Costa Coffee are very prudish.

Make it a game of wank cricket...get Nat and some other "fielders" with cups to catch your sperm as you bat it for six. Might not be very successful though but if you don't mind an audience...
