Talk it through with them, or if that is imprudent, then someone else. Rarely bottle anything these days.

Depends what's upset me...usually takes a lot to piss me off due to my work very capable at remaining calm

If someone upsets me, I don't talk it through when it happens. I walk away, write it down, then talk about it once I've got my thoughts in order. Otherwise I just get angry and become incoherent and cry.

depends what it is I deal with different situations different

if somebody pisses me off I tend to tell them

if it's a personal problem I tend to bottle it up, I moved away from home so I have no family or real friend round here to talk to, except my kids and I'm not dumping my problems on them

i tell someone, if an actual person pisses me off i tell them. don't see the point in holding it in, i used to hold it in but that made me feel worse.

Away with the fairies (Liverpool to you)

You can see exactly what I am feeling by the expressions on my face so even if I tried to hide it I couldn't - if I am upset it's obvious and I will talk about it.....I don't do bottling up emotions

If a person pisses me off, I tell them. Until they accept what they have done and apologise, I'll hold a grudge. Especially if they attempt to patronise me, or manipulate the situation.

All I need is acknowledgement and an appology to forgive. But it seems some people are just incapable of it.

Depends on what mood I'm in but generally there's a lot I bottle up but then there's other times I will tell who ever what's got to me and why

Depends on the situation, but being a Scorpio, if I don't say my piece there and then, or soon afterwards, then I will bide my time. Mr keeps it in and it eats away at him as he never wants to upset people, so I fight his battles for him too, at times

Bottle it up! Not very good at handling my emotions

If someone annoys me I walk away and forget about it in less time than it would take to let them know I am annoyed. If its serious then I will deal with it with that person at the time, best advice I ever got was "never stay angry it only harms you".

I don't have anyone to talk to about my problems, apart from my ex

So generally keep them bottled up

I usually let the guilty part know that I am less than happy...no matter the situation...it has lost me jobs...as Clive Dunno says...They don't like it up 'em...

I minimise all drama in my life to almost zilch... I would say it straight and that's it done.

Not too good at emotional stuff so I tend to bottle it up. Which doesn't work.

It depends on the situation, and the person and also what has upset me, for the most I rely on myself and tell myself to get a grip and get over it if outwith my control I have become to just rely on myself more and more. I

I massively bottle things up

I have learnt that this is a very bad thing!

My OH let's rip...but that generally turns me on and doesn't have the desired effect...

Anyway, let the stress go peeps...

Skateboarding is good for that....can't beat a good slash grind on coping....

I'm the opposite. I end to be too open with my emotions which also doesn't work at times

I talk about it, as I think bottling it up just creates a pressure valve that'll come out elsewhere. Partly, it's an age thing as I used to keep everything to myself. I think it's far better that things are out in the open than festering away inside.

A house, a very big house in the country

Generally will talk about it. Better to get it off your chest. I'm a natural worrier so not good to mull it over or it just eats away at me. Which drives me insane.

Not even when people call you 'Ace Whinger'?

If people piss me off I just smile, nod, walk away and let it roll off my shoulders. If I'm having a bad time, then I disappear and go quiet for a while until I've sorted it.

Easy life for me please!

I bottle things up. But when it all gets too much, I rant, cry and scream. Husband is particularly useless to me when I need the support
