Woke up this morning with a trapped nerve right at the top of my inner thigh it's been really painful then my little boy and my niece decided to throw their cuddly toys over the garden fence and instead of opening the gate I decided to jump over it which ive done many times before and whacked my other leg full pelt on the knee.
Knee is now bruised and swollen and I can't bend my leg. So ive got a double limp... It's not a good look!!
