I'm off.
Probably be doing the same as I've been doing for the last month and the next four.
Absolutely feck all apart from drinking coffee, walking the dog on the beach and arseing around on here.

Thought I'd best put a vague explanation in case someone started a benefits thread about me.
You know how they end up! 
Gardening leave comes with conditions. The upside is getting paid when you're not actually working.
The downside is that there's little point in job hunting as 99% of roles out there need filling in the next month - so I'll start looking with more effort in August. And it's highly irritating that I can't do voluntary work either as any 'breach' would mean dismissal and the tearing up of my redundancy cheque.
Still. It's summer, the woof and I are enjoying our social outings to the beach daily and this will be the longest break I've had in twenty years of employment.
It's good to recharge the batteries.
