Only grossed half it's budget which is surprising.

It's a good film with a good story and great visuals. The only thing is that it was done before in the first one, it looks the same (which is good) but I think some people were put off by that.
And it wasn't marketed well enough. |

It's a mixture some of the stories are prequels to the first film some are sequels.
Ie Dwight and ava are prequels.
But Nancy's is a sequel |

It just wasn't nearly as good as the first, the story's were flat, characters underdeveloped and dull. It was also incredibly repetitive. They just tried to up the violence and sex and make a superficial parody of the first one. |

I thought it was quite confusing, using some characters that died in the first film (especially the chauffeur with the golden eye). I did enjoy it though. I don't know if there is a term for a film that is roughly concurrent to an existing film. |

That's because it's the story of how he lost his eye and how Dwight the handsome killer who in his opening in sin city one said he got a new face came to be. |

It was ok but not great.
The first will always be my favourite.
I do like their style though. They're like a Motion Comic.
I wouldn't mind hanging out in the bar Marv drinks in. |
