stop putting it in your mouth
Seriously tho, it is a change of mindset. Do it slowly, try having only healthy snacks beteen meals, thn have one healthy meal per day, then 2 healthy meals. you need to get out of the habit of unhealthy eating. The most important meal of the day is breakfast, start by having a healthy breakfast and you may lose the urge to snack on chocolate. porridge, Shredded wheat and weetabix are the healthiest cereals without sugar tho xx |

"Dont buy it... Then you cant eat it lol"
Husband buys it. Grr. I am fine if it's not in the house!
Ideas for quick easy snacks? I fall back on bowls of oats with nuts. Or carrot and humous. Or apple and peanut butter. Beyond that I'm clueless. |

I find if I deny myself stuff I end up buying something worse than I would have had originally.
So, I snack on fruit (I work near a market), a couple of belvita with nice peanut butter in top, oatcakes with peanut butter (three of these and I stop thinking about food for hours), cups of chai tea (the teabags) or herbal tea like licorice, or something else quite dark.
A hot drink is normally enough to delay food craving, but something that takes your body ages to break down works best for me. |

Oh I love green tea and I'd totally forgotten!
And homemade kale crisps. Forgot that too. I need to make a list for the front of my fridge. |
