I'm sat here thinking that I need a coffee, but I can't be arsed moving. But instead I get my phone and start a new topic on the forums.

Does anyone actually think, "I need this", and do it straight away?

If I fancy a coffee I'll usually wait like half an hour.

If I need a wee, I'm half way up the stairs before my brain even knows it

In my case, the time gap between "thinking" and doing ie posting quite often has a negative value.
