That's quite a lot of weight shifted! Well done for starters.
I think it's harder to shift the saggyness of all the weight loss to be honest. Maybe surgery is only option? |

Unfortunately there's no way to spot reduce fat without surgery really.
Only way is to keep plodding on and try and avoid too much sugar/fat (well that works for me anyway) and hope it shifts a bit. |

Still won't spot reduce just belly fat though will it?? Will just reduce fat in general and just hope it comes off the belly |

weight loss pretty much just centers around dieting but there may always be that excess fat there. the most drastic option is surgery.
but if you eat right and do an hours cardio four times a week plus toning exercises (squats, crunchies, leg raises etc.)
that'll help. growth hormone is good for stripping fat also. |

It's exercise so won't be a waste of time. It's not high intensity enough for me though and im not a great swimmer so some HIIT on the treadmill plus some resistance is better for me but if you enjoy it carry on! |

planking works but only to a certain extent. it mainly just strengthens your core. still a necessary exercise though. keep it up |

Swimming is excellent exercise, great as it's non weight bearing.
But to get into the fat burning zone you need to do extended duration cardio but at a lower hr.
So you end up burning fat for energy rather than relying on glycogen store's.
So ideally you need to be doing sixty mins plus at a hr above say 115 but don't take it above 140. Cycling is one of the best for this.
Once your hr gets above 70%of your hr max you start to work anerobically, so not actually burning fat.
Which is why marathon runners are skinny and sprinters are muscular.
Obviously any exercise is going to help especially when combined with healthy eating lifestyle.
High intensity training is really anaerobic and should be used with caution under correct supervision and can lead to injuries if you are not used to it or worse.
But all exercise is better than no exercise.
All the figures rough guides and not exact science just given examples.

"I know it's pretty obvious but sit ups are gonna help too as it'll attack the problem head on imo As they say... no pain no gain "
Sit ups are one of the worst and needless exercises a person can do to lose excess abdominal fat
Unless you know what you're doing and understand why when and how, sit ups are more likely to cause injury than good and they are very low intensity thus burn little fat
As mentioned above. Abdominal fat is removed by whole body compound excercise , as one progresses the intensity will need to increase and thus I'd recommend hiit excercises . Sit ups performed correctly (which is not as easy as assumed) can increase the abdominal muscle mass but won't reduce the fat there so will be unnoticeable till the fat is removed , for the average person , compound excercises done correctly and planks should train the core adequately .
So to sum up , relatively sit ups, crunches are a waste of your valuable time, spend that time on a dead lift , a squat or fucking

Where your body chooses to store fat most readily is largely genetic, and it is from these areas that fat will be burnt as a last resort. For most men (and some women) fat on the stomach and lower back will be most stubborn. For most women, genetically they will store fat primarily on their hips, arses and thighs.
None of us can do anything to change this natural propensity for where fat is stored, so, as others have said, just maintain a sensible (no too carb loaded) diet and exercise. If you remain in a small calorie deficit (fewer calories in than out) for long enough then even stubborn belly fat will eventually reduce.
Good luck and stick with it. |

It's pretty much the last area your body loses it from just keep going as you are and it will come off eventually.
You cannot spot train fat off specific areas with anything but surgery. |

Sit ups will make the muscles behind the fat larger, pushing the fat further out and thus making the person look like they have more belly fat. |

Well done on your weight loss, I've recently lost two stone too and have exactly the same problem as you
I swim three times a week and it has. Helped to shift the weight on a whole. I just can't shift the flab, there's muscle under there nope the skin won't move
I've found that drinking lots of water help. Sticking to drinking on weekends and swapping a portion of chips with my meals to steamed vegetables
i no longer need the Bridget Jones pants so it must all be working |

Jesus christ don't do this
It'd a very very badly planned ketosis diet. Ketosis is effective nut very difficult to maintain, takes a lot of will power. And this particular recommendation will have you suffering from severe vitamin and mineral deficiencies by the end of it
It's also not even accurate ad a description of pure protien. (Which is very fortunate as a pure protien diet would have you stone cold dead around week 4) |

Yeah i was always told lose the fat before you build the muscle.
Op Why not go to a gym and ask the experts to produce a program for you. You can inform them of your injury and they will work around that. |

.yep what you're doing now seems to be working for you just stick it out.
Remember you'll need to find a level of food intake that's stable when you're finished dieting too so if you can gradually reduce down till you find that level it's much better than crash dieting the weight off then piling it back on then crash dieting over and over.
Slow and steady is the safest way with this and also yields the best results |

Sadly not - you could do 1000 sit ups a day but if you have a layer of fat sitting over the muscle it won't make a difference visually.
I've found regular HIIT sessions have help reduced my body fat. I have lost more inches than fat but have become stronger and overall fitter.

So does magic crystals.
Ironically if their claims were try about rf cavition it would be severely damaging to the body and quite toxic.
