weightloss.. whats your favourite treat

I am okay with avoiding sweets, chocolate etc.. And I hate the word diet but do have to lose a lot more weight as yet.

But I never like to feel denied or hungry. To be fair I have lost steadily and never really am hungry.

But there are certain times of the month I crave food... So what do you do

My current thing is to melt half a ripple down... And enjoy it with strawberries and grapes... It feels delightfully indulgent and if Ive been having a good week I can have the whole ripple without worry. But adding the fruit makes it go so much further .

So what is your treat x

I made some great fake tacos the other day, with big gem lettuce leaves instead of taco shells, filled with spicy turkey mince, tomatoes and a little bit of grated cheese; they were bloody lovely

My local Chinese does something similar called lettuce cups, with pork mince, chilli, beansprouts, cashew nuts and all sorts of yummy things, then put inside lettuce leafs lush!

After a weekend of too many cocktails, tonight I'll be treating myself to a massive chicken shish kebab, all the salad, "dry" coleslaw, and chilli and mint sauce. Or, if the delivery will take too long, then I'll have tandoori king prawns, mushroom bhaji and a chapatti from the Indian

That's such a good idea!

I hate denying myself too! It's the worst thing you can do to yourself.

Iv chopped strawberries up and added frozen bits of mars bar and meringue with half fat creme friche on top

I'm currently doing juice plus. If I'm craving something sweet then I have a chocolate shake because they taste amazing. If it's savoury I mix eggs ham tomato and spring onion and a sprinkle of feta. Pop into a pudding tin and put in the oven. Taste amazing and healthy too!.

Sugar free jelly with mandarin oranges in.

Some people swear by frozen banana slices and frozen grapes.
