I've just been on the beach with the dog.
My body was no different to yesterday or any of the last 365 days we've been there.
Guess I've given up on the concept of looking 'beach body fit'.
The dog got told she was stunning a couple of dozen times though. Bitch!!!

Yes they got the 10 metres high one still, haven't been on that one as its to high lol but I jumped from the middle one doing the bomb splash, was funnie, nice park as well with the dinosaur's, plus the F1 track. |
