have you ever broken one? how did you feel about it when you did?
and if you make one with every intention of keeping it but then cant keep it because of reasons that were out of your hands do you get a free pass?  |

Depends on d promise and d individual circumstances.....there are acceptable exceptions to every rule, so hard to to say without d details. .  |
