Wasn't the National Bird the gorgeous and well structured Donna Ewin before the bra-burners and gravity took hold?

Can't see myself how the Humble tits didn't garner enough votes.

When in the garden working A robin is often nearby I don,t like to see them on The floor to much as a cat can rush them Unexpectedly thou not so much when I,m In the garden because any cats keep out Of my way, there is only 2 songbirds we have that sing mainly the blackbird and The robin in the garden and often the robin will sing in the dark if there is A street light or kitchen light on early mornings any light really can set them off in song. we have had them nest in recent years in the garden.

I always thought the national bird was the Wren.It even featured on the "tails" side of the old farthing coin.
