last week's episode made me cry. I always think how hard some people's lives are compared to others, yet they just get on with it.
Your new job sounds really rewarding. |

im just a care assistant but its very hands on and i can relate to todays totally - the families and the injured fella - always make me blub but today im in pieces  |
