If people are not meeting then why show that your available?
Couple profiles with just the guy and women always on holiday or out needs to stop. lol

Is there a set number of times or number of people couples or anyone else should meet? Surely it is up to anyone on the site to decide when and where ... or is your point that these are not really couples? |

I'm not meeting but won't hide my profile because I don't want to and I don't have to. There really is no other answer required than that.
I do think perhaps there could be a flag on a profile, like the verification one, to say whether or not people are actively looking for meets etc to help people pass on by though. |

There are no rules for how to run profiles, apart from the ones set by admin.
There are annoying things that people do on here. If it suits them its fine, if it's too annoying then that's what block buttons are for!
I mean your forum posts and comments are generally rude and sexist and aggressive so I blocked you. Its how you choose to be and how you run your fab profile. Not everyone likes it but you are free to do what you will, within the site rules. |

We don't arrange meets and that is clearly stated in our profile....don't see anything wrong with that other than people not reading this and then messaging us to arrange meets. Flik has also been away working this week...are you suggesting I should hide my profile during this period?? |

To be honest there are a lot of people who come on here guns blazing ready to fuck their way to heaven and end up making a total arse of themselves. I think there's a case to be made for people joining, having a look round, asking questions, and getting a feel for how this whole swinging thing works. It can compliment a general opening up to the whole idea.

Having a profile up and active doesn't mean you aren't looking, you may already have a circle of friends you play with.
Or you only meet in clubs
Or your personal circumstances don't allow for meets but you like chatting to friends and on the forums. |

Different people want different things from fab. As is the case with life.
If someone that catches your eye has stated that they aren't meeting just accept it. There's bugger all you can do about it, and moaning about it on the forum will just put some of those that are meeting off you as negativity is unattractive.

OP could you please clarify? 
If someone's profile has 'not meeting' and they have a meet post up, a status asking for meets or they're in the forums/chatroom obviously asking for a meet? I see your confusion.
If none of the above apply - and it's says not meeting anywhere on their profile I can't really see why you're feeling confused, misled or concerned - and how their 'not meeting' status is affecting you in the slightest.

What an individual has on their profile is up to them at the end of the day. You can have an opinion on it if you wish but that is all. Whether a person's meeting, not meeting or flying to the moon Thursday week, has nothing to do with anyone other than the person who's profile it is. |
