Hello chums

Hope your enjoying this gorgeous summer weather.

The Pooch and I have been wandering the hills and meadows. Its so good to feel the sun on your skin.

The swifts swooping around us in the dying embers of the evening.

As we were walking last night we discussed festivals and our ideal line up. The Pooch has very eclectic tastes so had a brilliant and varied line up .

So we decided to select one band / artist each.

These are our choices for a great festival treat.

Me .. The Arcade Fire

Pooch .. Bellowhead

So chums could you pick one band for our imaginary Festival.

Have fun

The mid sixties LA band, Love, whose big downfall* was that they would never tour, barely in their own city.

* and maybe a few substances or two.

McCartney was good - I was dragged kicking and screaming to watch but by the chorus of Live And Let Die I was applauding wildly.

Gutted I missed Love tho'.

Continuing the G'bury theme, watch Bob Dylan some years ago... he was shit. Couldn't exactly sing to start with and has gone all weird/Christian since.

Then Tony Bennett came on and wiped the floor with him
