With all the happy posts let's have a vent 
This summer I'm not looking forward to bug bites and self conscious people squeezing into clothes they wish they could fit into.

Not looking forward to heat bumps. Or having to smother myself in Factor 50. Or trying to fit into summer clothes and being self-conscious of the fact that other people hate seeing all my podgy bits spilling out.

Oh, they fit. But spaghetti straps, fat arms and big boobs are a summer nightmare. I'm better off in spring and autumn when I can wear a proper bra and sleeves and not be uncomfortably warm as a result. Summer means strapless bras digging in and constant hoiking necessary. |

Gravity, sweat and boob tape are not a good combination. And clear straps are always visible. I may have to resort to gaffer tape. |

Slugs and snails are out during the next few months and I hate the bastards.
Have to watch my younger best mate get married in August whilst I'm long term single with no chance of that changing before the wedding. Have to go to Marbella next month for hen weekend even though I'm skint and would prefer to take my daughter on holiday instead of that, have to have my 32nd birthday 21st of this month and I don't want to be any older. |

OMG you get heat bumps too? Being in Spain at the moment I'm learning my body does not like hot weather for extended periods of time... it triggers hives, heat bumps and heat rashes in me... not fun. Too English for my own good! |

OMG you get heat bumps too? Being in Spain at the moment I'm learning my body does not like hot weather for extended periods of time... it triggers hives, heat bumps and heat rashes in me... not fun. Too English for my own good! "
Piz Buin sensitive seems to work to prevent them on me. Bloody expensive though. |

Think about early january already two months of dark short cold and often dreary days, with the build up Of christmas over and new year and waiting for at least another two months Till the promise of longer days and Bl**dy cold mind usually with ice and snow around before then we,re lucky here if we see more than a month Of unbearable heat (heatwave) as from september onwards you can forget any Of that, much prefer longer nights no Heating bills, and fresh veg in the garden, sit in the shade if out doors There,s plenty of ways to relax a cold Shower if you have one can be quite refreshing not to cold mind..  . |

I can't believe you lot moaning about the heat when we only ever have nice weather for about 2 days a year....and that is normally when I have to work so can't enjoy it!! Just shut up goddam it!!! Stop scaring our summer away!!  |

Hayfever I spend a lot of time outdoors and it sucks this time of year. But other than that love summer. I am already brown as berry and ready to have a great summer. |
