i many be addicted to porn and sex ,

I can watch 2 hours of porn before 8am and do a bit of work , thought out the day I watch a few more hours, when I get home from work I'll watch more.

I'll have sex 3 or 4 times a week. But I'll still watch porn !!

where can I go for help ??

There are still some good adult DVD shops in soho.

Also online porn is free and easily accessible.

Go two days without any porn and see if you cope. If you do then your addictions is going to be easy to break.

I suggest concentrating on work when you're at work. Unless you work in porn in which case you might have to watch some.

If you're watching a couple of hours porn while you're at work you must be very good at what you do. You were right first time it's affected

Step one I would say is stop watching in work time.

If your work isn't affected I'd suggest you don't have an addiction. Addiction doesn't give a fuck if you're good at something or not, it's a compulsion. I'm a recovering sex addict so feel free to message me.
