Regarding the original question, I don't know, but everyone I've been with who has squirted has looked pretty chippy about it all.  |

What gland would that be then, and what function does it have? Believe me, there is no "extra" gland that produces "squirt" - it's all from the bladder and happens when the bladder is prematurely squeezed by orgasm. The best description of "squirt" is "pre-wee". Gushing is vaginal fluids being expelled during an orgasm contraction and should be perfectly clear. If it's milky, you may have the start of a yeast infection. |

It might be worth popping down to the STI clinic. 'Thick and creamy' should only happen for a few days a month with most people. The discharge generated during sex is generally clear. |

Anyway, in answer to the original OP I have never squirted but have orgasmed plenty. A female friend has done both but has never orgasmed whilst squirting. We discussed it the other day. Both of us, squirter and non-squirter would rather have an actual orgasm. I'm sure there are ladies who do squirt who orgasm as they do it but from apocryphal data I believe it is more common not to.

Vaginal Discharge: What’s Abnormal?
Vaginal discharge serves an important housekeeping function in the female reproductive system. Fluid made by glands inside the vagina and cervix carries away dead cells and bacteria. This keeps the vagina clean and helps prevent infection.
Most of the time, vaginal discharge is perfectly normal. The amount can vary, as can odor and hue (its color can range from clear to a milky white-ish), depending on the time in your menstrual cycle. For example, there will be more discharge if you are ovulating, breastfeeding, or are sexually aroused. The smell may be different if you are pregnant or you haven't been diligent about your personal hygiene.
None of those changes is cause for alarm. However, if the color, smell, or consistency seems significantly unusual, especially if it accompanied by vaginal itching or burning, you could be noticing an infection or other condition.

I don't normally squirt unless I am already orgasming. There again I am multiorgasmic.
