I always seem to be unable to chill or relax on sunday evenings anybody else in the same situation! If so how do you overcome it.

I'm laying on the sofa with a puppy. He's snoring in my ear,which is nicely relaxing. I don't often feel relaxed but I didn't sleep well last night so I'm tired.

well hope you sleep better tonight, I would love a pet but work long hours and wouldn't be fair on them

Been out for a walk in Richmond Park with the thirteen year old and then to there driving range with the 17 and 18 year olds - we are just about walking now. Hot shower and bed ....
