Starting back at uni for the first time in 7 years this September. All seems real now I have had confirmation. Slightly nervous but also excited about a new change in my life.

I'm really proud of myself that I have a second chance of making something of myself. Any advice would be greatly appreciated from mature students.

Are you going to uni or doing OU?

I'd say go for it! I started uni at 25 and was older than everyone else. No such thing as being too old when it comes to education.

Time management is the key. Should be much easier now you're a mature student

Just enjoy it. But if your discipline is your passion you will

I am coming to the end of my BA. I never thought that at my age I would ever acheive it. Finished my fDa last year and it felt amazing. Decided to undertake another year to turn my fDa into a BA, looking forward to graduating this year. Going to be a big party. Couldn't enjoy it last year because the study hadn't finished.

Good luck. I'm sure you will be great x

B & M Bargains

If you're studying on top of working, you have to really really want to do it! I find it too easy to give myself a night off when I've had a crap day at work.

Oh and get a student card, may as well get the discounts

Then do the same as you did the first time around.

Things have changed since then in my private life. I have done it before I will again
