Fresh monkfish, panfried with a little garlic butter drizzled over it.
Baby potatoes, fresh beetroot salad, rocket, peppers and cherry tomatoes.

Same here. I live right on the coast so never a shortage of fresh fish. A local fisherman gave me two huge pieces of monkfish when I walked to the pier this afternoon. Winner! |
