Hey everyone, my friend tragically hung himself 3 years ago after suffering with ptsd from the Afghan war. Tomorrow we are doing a hundred mile bike ride around the Yorkshire dales.

Bit of a long shot but if anyone would like to donate please msg me and I will send you the just giving link, in 3 years we have raised over 50000 pound in charity aid for war heroes. Thanks for reading. Happy Friday

Good on you!

Push though the pain on the climbs and remember every foot climbed equals 2 foot of freewheeling down hill.
