Evidence is a bit hit or miss but I know a few hay fever sufferers who swear by it. |

I get hay fever and now the pollution in China is really setting me off, so asked pharmacist (in the UK) and she said take lower doses of antihistamines more regularly throughout the day... Worked for me as im taking loads of the stuff!!
Do you wear sunglasses when you go out?
Hope you feel better soon xx |

Eurgh! I despise hayfever!
The local honey trick used to help me but not any longer. Now it's antihistamines, staying indoors, drying laundry indoors, etc.
Mine's so bad now that I can't wear contact lenses because my eyes are so itchy. Unfortunately, nothing seems to be helping at the moment |

"The best way I've found to stop my hay fever being really bad is to start taking my tablets early like the beginning of March.this way when the pollen is bad I'm not to bad with it.
"
Will bear that in mind for nxt seasons hayfever |
