I don't normally get them but had this one for 2 days and its killing me,
Could it be from 4 days/nights of heavy drinking while on holiday ?
Only taking ibuprofen and they don't seem to be working |

Caffeine helps the body metabolize medication faster. It doesn't help with headaches at all. |

It says on the box for headache & migraines, But I will try paracetamol tomorrow if I still have a headache |

If the headache is being caused by something that's inflamed it would have helped I guess. I hope paracetamol work for it. |

If you've had a heavy few days it may be due to lack of potassium, this is one of the main causes of a hangover along with mild dehydration. Eat a couple of bananas, take a couple of paracetamol and drink plenty of water. |
