Laying in bed lastnight jools and I were rubbing my midriff

Feeling the absolutely awsome muscles on my abs.

Unfortunately they are covered in about half inch of fat.

Despite an incredible amount of hard work in the past 18 months, losing 4 stone, working out relentlessly, diet being just about as healthy as possible while still enjoying the odd pint now and again.

I fear I shall never see my washboard abs.

Gonna ad some long slow fat burning sessions to the regime.

With sea swimming season upon us time to get back into the water.

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

Well done on the weight loss and the hard work.

I have considerably more than half an inch hiding my six pack but I can still manage to do 50 stomach crunches without dying.

haven't heard of the twins there, but yes Jamie seems very down to earth guy.
