No, not dogging! Who are the animal-lovers here with canine friends? I've got two rescues - a little Maltese who I took off this couple that were leaving the country, and then a desert dog-Labrador mix who was from a litter found in the desert. They're both amazing! |

I've grown up with dogs and love them but being in a flat at the minute means I can't have one as it wouldn't be fair on them.
I'd love a German Shepherd one day as they're my favourite breed.
My mum has an alaskan malamute though and she's great, real clever.
My sister has one too but he's daft as a brush. He doesn't go round trees, he goes through them |

"I have a pug called Stanley he's cute apart from his incessant snoring and habit of taking cuddly toys behind sofas for a sneaky humping session"
Stanley sounds just like me! |

This is the reason i could never Have a dog. They don't live long enough considering the strength of bond people have with them. |

9 month old german shepherd. I can honestly say he is my world. These past few months have been tough but he has been there. Quietly by my side, he knows my moods and knows how to respond.
Poorly boy right now. He jumped up at me tuesday and has been limping since.Took him to the V.E.T and he's pulled a muscle in his elbow he's been given painkillers and rest for 7 days with short lead walking.
I hate seeing him sad. So lots of cwtches for him today. |

I have a greyhound that was going in a bucket of water because he wasn't upto racing standards, he's very inbread and as a result had deformed back legs so they was going to drown him
I took him home when he was only 5 weeks old, took him to the vets bottle fed him till he was weaned, had his legs fixed that took 3 major operations and a huge among of money, he had trouble with his bowels too, has that operated on and basically got him back to good health, he was about 18 months before you could called him fit and healthy
I love him so much, he's been a real fighter and worth every penny I spent on him
when I took him home I didn't even want a dog but I couldn't walk away and leave him to be killed now I wouldn't be without him
I also have a labrador who's just mental |
