only if you've hired a project manager had a thorough site inspection, brought in the ecologists to ensure its not a site of specific interest...then the health and safety chaps need to come in and do their assessment all this before the spades even in the ground. |

see what the power of a high vis coat is lol
you could put me in a room of spades and tell me to take my pick , i would still be there 8 hours later lookin for the pick  |
